The Initial Consultation and Intake Form: We will meet with you at least one month before the party to go over all the details and enter them on our intake form.
This covers all the crucial information needed to make your special event run smoothly: The date, location and time, type of party, names of all participants, the party agenda, number of guests, music requested, dress code, any special announcements or special guests.
Contract
Our Contract: We send all the information to you for your review and approval. Let us know about any changes you might want to make.
We Are Fully Insured:
We carry $1,000,000 liability insurance.
Special Celebrations
Special Music Requests: Although we have a large selection of music, your special song may not be on our list. We are happy to play any music you provide. If you want us to find it for you, just give us adequate time - usually 2-3 weeks.
Flexibility: We anticipate changes in agenda, participants and music and are happy to accommodate you. Right up to the last minute!
Solo Singer & Entertainment Director
James Johnson Solo Singer: James sings everything from Oldies, Doo Wop, Rock 'n' Roll to Standards, Contemporary Pop, Latin, Motown, R 'n' B, Soul and Rap. He also performs Italian Operatic and popular favorites. He will also sing your special songs.
Entertainment Director:
James will make sure the agenda you set for the party goes as planned. He coordinates with the caterer, photographer, videographer and the client's representative to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
Party Locations
The Caterer: James will convey your wishes and special requests to the caterer. We work with the timing of food and drink service to make sure all your special events and announcements take place at just the right time.
Photographer and Videographer: We want to make the memories of your special day are recorded. We always give plenty of advance notice of any upcoming processions, toasts, awards, group dances and announcements so nothing will be omitted.
Appropriate Attire
Professional Attire: We always come dressed appropriately for the occasion, whether it is formal, semi-formal or casual.
Client References: We provide you with a written contract and can put you in touch with satisfied clients.
Equipment
Professional Equipment:
We provide the top quality in sound systems and lighting.
We also provide all back-up equipment necessary.
Special Requests
Music Library - Special Requests:
We have over 3,000 songs of every type and will gladly play special requests for you and your guests.
We are happy to honor any musical requests by your guests and will consult with you if we have a question
Travel
Timeliness & Travel:
Our travel includes the Tri-State area: New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Up to one hour in each direction is included in the price of the party. Additional travel or gigs requiring overnight stays ask for special rates.
